StrataTax (hereinafter the “Company”) maintains this StrataTax.com website (the “Site”) for your information and communication. Protecting your private information is our priority. This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and the Company, and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include the Site. The Company’s website is an information site. By using the Company’s website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information
In order to better provide you with products and services offered on the Site, the Company may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

If you purchase the Company’s products and services, either PayPal, Inc. or Square, Inc. will collect your billing and credit card information. The Company does not collect this information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.
